a watch showed 5 minutes past 3'o clock on the sunday
evening when the correct time was 3'0 clock . it looses
uniformly and was observed to be lo min fast at 6pm.on the
next day .when did the watch show the correct time

The time travelled by wrong clock is 27.25hrs in 27hrs.
So Speed of wrong clock is 27.25/27.
Let 'x' hrs be the number of hrs after which it shows the
correct time.
Speed of wrong clock at the correct time=distance
travelled/speed=(x+5/60)/x=27.25/27
Which implies that x=9hrs
Therefore watch showed the correct time at 3+9=12:00 AM
