Reading some of the answers, one gets a sense that -
Reference Purchase Organization - does not have Plants
assigned to it, not is it assigned to any company code.
While this IS true, a purchasing org that is assigned to a
company code and having assigned to it can also be a -
Reference Purchase Organization.
It is basically an org that is referenced by other
purchasing orgs. This way, the enterprise can leverage the
benefits of centralized purchasing.
