Hi Garima, I just wanted to ask, how to prepare for get selected in clerical exam, however i have apeared in many exams but never succeeded, how much % required to qualify the exam , or come in merit.

(1) Should both the character certificates be in same format?(because college have their own format). (2) Is application form mandatory?
