For example I developed some reports on employee package now
I have to develop same reports to another package.How can I
change reports to another package?

Go to 'Insertable Object'-> 'Source' Tab. Then select the
existing the package and then rirght click, there you could
see an option called 'Report Package...' Click on that, i
select the required Package.
Once u select the package, it will validate if all
Namespace, QuerySubject And queryitems are available within
the same. IF not then, you can replace those items with the
required field from your new package
