Dear,Group 1 is for State Level Executive posts conducted
by APPSC some of the posts are Dy.Collector,CTO..etc
whereas civils are for National level executive posts
conducted by UPSC some of the posts are in IAS,IPS,IFS
etc..Hope it clarifies..

I need your help to know the details of it completely as i don't have any clear idea of it .
