The Term HR basically denotes Human Resource.As there Are
four important resouces which includes man material
machine,money.Among them man plays an immense role to
achieve the objectives.Similarly Human resource Means "The
personnel that staff,operate,plann an organisation man
power Resources,so that organisatinal objectives can be
achieved.
The Role of Hr includes Recruitment,selection,Manpower
Plannig,Payroll,Planning Organisatinal policies,hadling
disputes & greivances,Full and final settlement as well as
others things which directly related to an organisational
employees.The role of Hr is total handling of an employees
from the day of his joining to leaving.
