Dear,
This is nothing but the protection of properties of
tyre from the rays & heats.you must be knowing about black
body radiation.
and who said that tyre material means rubber is black
thatswhy....no man rubber can be in black but it is not in
black and if you know about polymers & volcanization than
you can understand it easily.
