THE BIRTHDAY IS ON 27TH OF FEB ONLY , BECAUSE 1955 IS NOT A LEAP YEAR SO ONLY 28 DAYS FOR FEB IN THAT YEAR , AND THERE IS NO MEANING TAKING OR TELLING 1956 IS A LEAP YEAR.. 1956 BEING A LEAP YEAR WILL NOT AFFECT THE STATEMENT......
