After Creation of your QTp frame work, The folders are
saved in VSS or Other. plz explain brifly?

It depends upon u.
QTP tests are directories not files. So cann't checkin them
directly to VSS or CVS. You can compress(zip/tar) and
checkin them to VSS or CVS.
