The main controls of MRP are
1) MRP type :- eg- PD consider in MRP. ND :- No planning
2) Reorder level:- Indicates the reorder point
3) MRP Controller :- 001- raw ,002- SFG , 003- FG
4) Lot size :- Eg- LOT TO LOT VARY, MB- montly lot size
5) Mixed MRP.
6) Procurment type:- E - In-house production
F External procurement
Blank No procurement
X Both procurement types
7)Saftey Stock
8) Availablity check
