Concrete will give strenght after completion of reactions
in cement .The concete will give 67 % strenght in 7 days
75% Strenght in 14 days 98% strenght in 28days and 100 % in
one year.so we have to cure concrete for a minimum period
of 28 days for complete the reactions in cement and get
strengh

I used Etabs software to analyse a high-rise building. And I want to use templated UBC-codes inside to calculate the Seismic load. My question is: whether or not I have to control the seismic load by base shear load which is manual calculation?
