in oracle hrms.there are some mandetary field.how to change
mndatory field to non-mandetory field.exmp-in people enter
table sss num is mndatory field .how to change it non-
mandetory?

select newtable as create col3,col2,col1 from oldtable
then rename the table
ex:if oldtable is table1 having c1,c2,c3 now we want
c3,c2,c1 then u need to use above query
