First you need to decide you want to go for CMMI staged or
continuous representation model.
Do the gap analysis with respect to model requirement
You have to define all the process area's related procedure.
Need to prepare the templates to support Level 3 requirements
Provide training for the teams.
Implement the QMS
conduct the internal audits
go for SCAMPI C,B and A respectively.
