earthing is for protecting humans from shock if there is
any leakage current flowing thro the body of equipments.
Neutral is to complete the circuit without neutral current
cannot flow thro the load this neutral is earthed at the
star point of distribution transformer and earthing of
transformer and star point of transformer should never be
mixed.
