How can I transfer the goods as consignment from plant to
another plant ? Which configurations or set up should I
maintain ?

Consignment goods cannot be transferred from one plant to
another. Say you wanted to move the consignmnent stock at
Plant A to Plant B, then the stock should be first moved
from consignment to unrestricted stock.
