I have written SBI Clerk exam on july 13th 2008 & got
selected. During medical test(done during December 2008),
they have ?s on my medical fitness & put my appointment on
hold. Am still waiting(its been six months) for the
response from crpd sbi regarding my joining?
I found this forum useful after seeing lots of views on the
similar subject.
Friends - now,please help me know how many
days/months/years more they take to decide on my career in
sbi. When i call the concerned local head, they ask me to
wait for the reply from crpd,mumbai - they donot have
concrete answer or much to say about the issue.
Any suggestions/views are very much appreciated.
AM SICK OF WAITING & confused at the moment.

Hey.. they found that i have some heart defect at the time
of medical test(medical test is conducted after all written
test followed by interview). they have given my case to
crpd mumbai for review. I am just waiting for positive
answer from them.
PS: I dont me it happens to every selected candidated. All
the best to your cousin at all stages of interview.

hi guys...can any guy cleared in clerical written test tell me that how much marka he/she scored in the wriiten test?
Sharing interview question held on 30th April. 1. They saw my hobbies column and asked regarding hobbies question i.e. Chess. The question was Which is the current ongoing championship who vs who. Who is the leading player and by how many points? 2. Family Background. 3. Which services banks offer? 4. And most important question is when pensioner came to bank and asked about printing information of pension sheet. Condition is all printer is out of service. 5. Hobbies i.e. Elocution.
can anyone please explain whether getting promoted as po through departmental exams is better or directly getting po post through competitive exams while working as a clerk of a bank?

Hi all, While I'm applying for the written exam wrongly I gave as general and later I came to know bef the interview tht I'm BC:(..I got proper singatures at the back of the call letter..but while interviewing me they dint consder tht.Will it be a negative for me during the selection and under which category i'll be considered Can any one guide me regarding this.
