What does mean by SWAP? Where should we monitor this? what
is the threshold value for swaps/day? If it is more what
will u do?

the accessed data will sit in the buffer. If someone is
trying to acces the same data, that will be rtrieved fastly
from the buffer. If the buffer is full and some one is
retrieving the data which is not there in the buffer then
that data will be placed in the buffer and the oldest data
in the buffer will be swapped for this. More number of
swaps means more DB hits. If there are more Swaps we can
increase the buffer size
