what is the difference between ssh & telnet
Answer Posted / md samim
SSH: We can only login into server through port 22 in a
secure way.
e.g. # ssh server-name/ip
Telnet: Login into any server, through any port.
e.g. # telnet localhost 25
for checking smtp port. Which is not possible through ssh.
