employees before passing its service bills while the firm is
denying to submit as it is not applicable

If we are providing the service to the company which is
covered under ESI, even if we are from ESI area, then also
we need to deduct the ESI from the salary of the Employee
as their working location is under ESI and risk needs to be
covered by the ESI.
