There ll be three input classes
1.less than zero(-1) Positive test case
2.eqaul to ge=iven condition (0 - 1000) Positive test case
3.greater than 1000 (1001) Positive test case
There ll be three test data parameter -1,3,1001.
Negative test data parameter:
1. 0.001
2. 000.1
3. 1.000
