Hi, I am Gulshan... I had appeared for interview twice and
going to apply for third time. I have done BCA in 2004 and
since 2004 i am in working with leading finace company. I
have applied for MBA. I have not given any ILETS or GMAT
exam. First time the consulate asked me for my GMAT score
and i was unable to give any answer. but the second time
the interview was very quite imperessive. i havd given
every answer to their questions but again they refused. I
dont know the reason for second time. Kindly suggest me, is
there any possiblities to get visa in third time?

I have applied for an undergraduate course in America and got admitted, but the problem is i have done my undergraduate in India also. So I was wondering will they give me F-1 Visa again. because i have heard that once u do undergraduate they do dont give visa again for undergraduate. Also if I still sit for an interview and they reject me, is it true, that i will never ever get Visa again.
my father is into agricultural business, what proofs and documents do I need to show at the interview? as agricultural income are not taxed I do not have any IT return paapers , is that fine?

Hi, my F1 visa interview is on this july24 At Mumbai consulate.....But i have a big confusion with my case. I am married and my husband is in USA greencard holder So Visa officer will ask me about my husband and future planning to stay in USA and i am going to say all truths that in future ,i will stay will my husband And My Father is sponsoring me and i m going for MS in CS in California and what should i have to prove for all this....and what type of QUESTIONS i'll have to face and will be asked to ME in interview ??And IF in d end of the interview they reject us then WE should have to ask about reason of rejection OR not??? can you all plz give me suggetions Thankss...........
My interview is few days away and am applying for a us student visa. I have completed my high school in 2005 and after that did a one year course of computer till 2006 and after that was helping my parents with there business till 2007 June. I then completed my swift course in NIIT which was a four months course and in midway appeared for the TOEFL exams. hi, i am permananent resident of usa i want to sponser my wife when i get my citizenship which is late 2011(apon advice of lawyer friend) my wife is coming to usa for education(f-1) only thing left in her student visa is her interview all her documents are complete she is coming for 4 year education program. only thing I am worried about is can they deny her visa based on that me(her husband) is in usa. I do know while she is studying in usa and i become citizen and sponser her she does not have to go back to her country even after her visa is expired. if they bring this point up in interview what could they ask and what should be best reply thank you very much
My student visa was rejected on 24th june.It was due to immigration file.VO thinks that i will not come back to india.I am going for bachelor's degree at pennstate under collaboration program.So if pennstate write a letter to US consulate regarding me that they are taking responsibility of me that i will return to india after my graduation.So what are my chances for visa?
Hello,I'm going to take my interview on August in order to take have my master in Business Administration.First I didn't take my TOEFL Since i don't have much time for it,and I was also told that it doesn't matter if I got it or not.Secondly,My sponsor is the father of my sister hasband;in fact he has a lot of money cuz he owns a Company.I want to know if this will affect my chances of gaining my VISA.Thanx in advance.
