PROBATIONARY OFFICER SHOULD POSSES ALL THOSE ALL QUALITIES
WHICH ARE REQUIRED BY BANK.FOLLOWING ARE THE QUALITIES-
LEADERSHIP- HE SHOULD HAVE THE ABILITY TO INFLUENCE PEOPLE
LIKE CUSTOMER,EMPLOYEES,STAFF.
MOTIVATION-HE SHOULD HAVE THE ABILITY TO PERSUADE THE
EMPLOYEES SO THAT THEY CAN ACHIEVE THEIR GOAL AND HELPS IN
INCREASING EFFICIENCY AND ENHANCING PERSONALITY.
SYNCHRONISATION-HE SHOULD COORDINATE WITH THE EMPLOYEES AND
COOPERATIVE.HE SHOULD DEAL WITH THE GRIEVANCES AND PROBLEMS
AND TRIES TO SATISFY THEM WITH THIER SOLUTION.
AWARENESS-HE SHOULD BE AWARE ABOUT THE HAPPENINGS OF THE
SURROUNDINGS OF THE OFFICE.SO THAT HE CAN PLAN OUT FOR
PREVENTING FROM THE RISKS .
