1)Usage
The internet is available to the public (everyone),
where as intranet is a private network only available to
select users.
e.g a school may use an intranet so it's pupils can work
from home.
2) Bandwidth
Intranet provides much high speed than internet.
3)Security
Intranet based information is more secure than that of
inernet.
