In Join component which record will go to unused port and
which will go to reject port ?

In case of inner-join all the records not matching the key
specified goes to the respective unused ports, in full
outer-join none of the records goes to the unused ports. In
case of reject port, records which do not match with DML
come to the reject port.

What do you understand by a cartesian join?
Whenever we load data into oracle table from staging table using exchange partition...then I read somewhere that data actually doesn't move in this and this command only reset the pointer in the data dictionary...so if data doesn't move then how data is loaded into the main table ? I mean wat is the point of pointer update in data dictionary?
