An old adage "Prevention is better than cure" is very true
when we ask ourselves "why is testing important?". We do
not want imperfect things in our life nor we want to pay
any price to get those. Its always economical for anybody
to not to commit a mistake rather than making and then
spending time & money in correcting mistakes. For business
organizations time = money = reputation, so testing is an
important activity to keep the software development under
controlled inspection and verification and hence enhance
user experience and satisfaction with the end product.
