as the name itself clears about handling users from a
central or one position.
it avoids to create the same user multiple times in
diffrent clients/systems.
without login to diff diff system/client it helps to make
easy to create users and assign system specific roles to
users and distibute the user to all system on a single
process and from a single/central system.
there are other benifits from CUA. please follow CUA
document.
