But Bangladesh has linked the issue with 3 conditions
regarding its trade with Nepal and other concessions. But
India does not want to make bilateral issues part of
trilateral agreement and moreover sccepting the conditions
deteriorates the security situation as illegal immigration
might increase to a great extent. So Bangladesh is yet to
sign it
