The preamble of the Indian Constitution is aim to reach some
goals and one of the goal is to achieve justice
social,economical,political justice. And Part IV of the
constitution deals with Directive Principles of State policy
which is need for the good governance,especially article 38,
wealth should not be concentrate in few hands and it should
be distributed among all citizens equally.for this reason
right to property was removed from the fundamental rights and
for implementing the zamindari abolition laws.
