Sales is typically a process which invloves exchange of
goods or service with currency. Now this terminology
explicitly means to identify the actual need of your
customer from the set of goods or services from your
portfolio and in a consultative mode (by probing),
suggesting whats good for him is and then let him decide,
close the sales process rather than forcing the customer to
buy what you want him to sell.
