Can HT cable(11kv cable) be used for 415V, 700A requirement.

Cable used for HT is designed for High Voltage and low
current carrying capacity. But for Low voltage rating
current requirment is very high which would cause Excess
heating in cable and will result in Puncturing of cable at
weak point.
For Ex- HT side Power=HT Vol* HT Current,if this cable
would be used for Low voltage then Power will be same. Thus
LT Power= HT Power
> 415*700 = 11000* I (Power factor is assumed to be unity)
> I= 26.5 Amp (For HT cable)
Thus,HT cable cant be used for Low voltage at High Current.
