In a three phase transformer(delta/star connected)when i
touch one end of the bulb in any one phase and other end to
earth..will the bulb glow or not..if not why?..i'm touching
the bulb in star connected side...
Answer Posted / arockia doss
Bulb will glow.
Since, The req. voltage for the bulb will be coming from
the phase.
The neutral will be coming from the Earth.
Becuase, In the star connected trf. the neutral will be
earthed & So that, the bulb will glow.
Thanks ...
