hi frd,
don't worry...don't give up ur confidence..me too have
stammering during my school days..but now im doing business
and able to manage..
according to me it's only a managing techniqe to
learn...that's all nothing else...
my simple suggestion (which help me lot..till now)
1. have a tuff phsical activity eg..skipping best ...which
would able to control ur heart beat pressure...(this would
help us when we are at a stressful situation like GD,
interview..self introduction etc..)
2. try prolonged speech , ecspecially at starting...
also some books are available for this practice...
so, be confident never give up...im sure we can also
suceed a lot..with out fail...
