Classfying and interpretation of financial data.
There are three type of accounts
Personal--Related to name of any Person, Firm, Co. etc.
Real---Related to Assets & Liabilities as plant Building
Capital etc.
Nominal----Related to expenses & revenue as salary, Rent,
Commission etc.
