HI,
I ahve my visa stamping on first week of Dec at Chennai
consulate. My Consultant said there is no need of client
letter and we can alywas tell we will go and search for the
project there ie i do not have any client letter.
Can anyone please tell me if they have got visa stamped
through this way.
Any suggestion/advice welcome.

Dont ever say " I will go and search for jobs/project" you
will definitely have problems. Always try to present with
proper details other try getting them and postpone the
interview - A safe bet.

Hi, I went to US consulate in Mummbai, on 16 th march 2009 and i was asked to get income tax papers of my co, list of employees and my income tax return.Whn I carried those papers and went again, the officer asked to get unemployment wage repot, but my co is not ready to send me the report, could you please tell me if there is an alternate doc to it? Hello All, Recently my brother had interview @mumbai consulate although he got H1petion in CHENNAI.unfortunately he had applied fake experience letter from mumbai company.I think they VFS had verified it. On the day of the interview the consulate got him fake and made him write that it was a fake experience letter and gave this statement"WE WILL PROCESS YOUR WITHDRAWAL REQUEST". luckily they left him with passpot as he is higly qualified,nothing is mentioned in passport. Now my question is: 1. can he apply in future for USA again. 2.I heard that he cannot apply in his LIFE TIME, how far it is TRUE"-- Appreciate your Kindly HELP Advice: If you apply make sure some or other answer your call.
