a probationary officer is one who needs to be alert about
the happenings of the financial activities within the bank
and the country as a whole. he needs to have leader ship
qualities and have good communication skills. very
inteactive in his approach and calm when dealing with
customers. need to understand his business vey well to go
about and work efficiently. skills of a typical manager
like co ordinating, decision makinf capabality s a must.
