Formation of SIDBI is a part of Indian governments policy
to encourage small industries. The essence of SIDBI is to
provide loans to small scale industries there by promoting
the growth of small industries sectorin India.

I have been selected for the interview of technical officer(Civil Engg.) in Syndicate bank. For what kind of interview questions should I prepare and what should be my approach for the interview?
