value of per share X Number of issuing share .
Exa. Total issuing share of the company 500
Value of per share is 20 each share
Market capitalization is 500x20 = 10,000

We did promotion activity for X co that co is our client ( S Dr) which we sold tickets through our vendor through out north india ...
