As of my knowledge i think its possible by Router
Transformation.By writing one condition we can extract the
data with out duplication in one target then automatically
default records means with duplication are transferred in
to another target.

in staging we are merging the data and remove the inconsistants data that type of situation what u will done and type of functions u can use
