The SetTimer function creates a timer with the specified
time-out value.

Syntax
UINT_PTR SetTimer(
HWND hWnd,
UINT_PTR nIDEvent,
UINT uElapse,
TIMERPROC lpTimerFunc
);
Example:
SetTimer(1, 200, 0);
