employee is eligible for a absence quota say 10 days after
working for certain number of days. Ex: employee is entitled
an abs quota of 10 days after working for 150 days.

Hello,
This can be configured in a table called t559l and this
table can be maintained via SM30 v_t559l.
Maintain the selection rule and select your quota type and
set the transfer time according to your requirement.
System will transfer the quota only after the choice you
maintained in the table.
