hi this is noor in my work spot, i arranged THERMOCOUPLE in
the place of RTD. (in FEED WATER tank). can i use T/C or not?
Answer Posted / manash ranjan jena
You can use a Thermocouple in place of RTD but you need to
change your control loop instruments accordingly. As T/C
output will be mV where as RTD output is always change in
resistance. Please check the input of your measureing
instrument, if that is a universal input circuit then you
can use a T/C inplace of RTD.
