the place of RTD. (in FEED WATER tank). can i use T/C or not?

No. Because in RTD Resistance increases proportional to
temperature. But in thermocouple the output is voltage in
millivolts. So to process such signal you need pre
amplifier, and for RTD U need a bridge circuit.
