FREEGOODS can be configured in sap by following two
methods ;
1 .manually
2 .automatically
Manually :By specifying higher level item category for a
line item we can determined freegoods as a free ofcharge
items during sales order processing .
Autometically :System proposes free goods autometically in
the sales order .In autometic freegoods configuration
system follows two methods :
1 .EXCUSIVE
2 .iNCLUSIVE
EXCUSIVE :System configures freegoods in exclusive option
like free goods quantity going to be excluded in order
quantity .Ex :for 10 items 1 item is free .then system
configures free goods as 10+1
INCLUSIVE :System configures freegoods in inclusive option
like free goods quantity is going to be included in order
quantity .Ex: for 10 items 1 item is free ,then system
configures freegoods as 9+1 .
NOTE :IN exclusive method other items also can be given as
a free of charge items for order item .

hi gurus, i have used variant configuration(a customer ordering a computer diff combination of monitor,cpu,keyboard) this is my scenario. i have taken and assigned(ct04,cl02,mm02) dov(10x11,11x12,12x13),colour(red,brown,grey),price(sdco,vko nd).now those were again assigned in cu01. can u provide solution urgent.

Issue: the problem faced by us right now is,when there are more than 2 route codes available, users can select a wrong route code which is a longer route for the destination, the physical shipment can still go through a shorter route, but company will end up in paying more. I have advance payment scenario where customer want advance payment cannot be used against another sales order and against any credit limit. Let me put one example. Customer X is having credit limit of 1000 USD, if my client is received customized product order then he will take advance for this special order but customer X is already enjoying credit limit of 1000 USD. In this scenario my client wants advance payment received cannot use against any sales order and against any credit limit. If I will post advance payment in F-29 then customer credit exposure will decrease against credit limit in FD32 which will affect normal sales order credit limit. Here customer does not want to utilize advance payment against credit limit of customer which is use for normal sales order. Please suggest
