the answer is 5 because if 5 cats are eating 1 rat in 1
minutes then 5 cats are eating 2nd rat in 2nd mintes then 5
cats can eat 100 rats in 100 minutes.It means 5 cats are
eating 1 rat in 1 minute so the cats are same just the time
and rats have exceeded.
