I have 15 month working experice in bpo industry. when I
remebered my strugle days. I did not know abt this bpo
industry. My communication skill was not upto the mark. I
worked hard to improve my comunication skill. after them I
got selected in teletech India pvt limited.I passed one
year in Bharti but I did not get any motivation and any
increment there so I planed to switch from calling process
to back office work. my typing speed was not good, I
practice a lot. even I used to give 4 to 5 hours in a day
to typing.then I was selected in fiserv India Pvt limited.
It is a international finacial organization
