SAP CRM deals purly about business end and where as the SAP
r/3 deals about the proven backend.
CRM-
1.It deals from customer selection to providing service to
the customer,
2.CRM having the extra functionalites which are not
included in SAP r/3
SAP r/3
1.Deals purly about orders,billing,logistics,accounts,SCM
etc.....
