What is the difference between Quality Plan and Test Plan

Quality Plan is a plan intended by the company to implement
in order to achieve the quality requirement of the contract
to ensure customers satisfaction.
Test plan are various inspections and testing planned to
perform to satisfy and meet the requirement the standards.
