Hi, I have just 1 year 10 months of exp. in Software field
as developer and on Nov 5th my case status changed to
"Approval notice sent".
Now, I have 3 doubts. Please clarify.
1. When can i schedule for H1 interview ?
2. Is there any condition that I have to attend interview
with in 1 month?
3. As i have 1yr 10months Exp., wat are my chances of
getting H1B stamped ?

u can get h1 interew yes u can take date of interew with in
one month u are selected 65000 quato there are lot of chance
for stampping

Hi All, I dont have letter from client, as my employer is saying he may not able to provide it.Is the agreement between client and employer work out at consulate?. H1B approved in October 2008 I got H1B Approval NoticeI-797B form which is valid from 3rd October 2008 to 21st September 2011.i still did'nt went for Visa stamping.I would like to ask few questions in this regard. 1.When is the correct time to go for stamping? 2.As i have applied from a consultancy so do i need to take any new employment offer letter from a new YYY company? 3.Presently i am working in XXX company?What should i carry from this XXX company? 4.If visa interviewer asks "If ur visa is been approved long time back then why you are coming now?"
