Guys first of all you must be clear in using the
acceleration due to gravity constant.
the constant g=9.81m/s2 is wrong, since in practical the g
value will not be same at all. it varies in relation with
the distance
so the weight measurement may not be accurate and can not
be a standard one, hence people would have thought of
expressing quantity in mass (which never change)
but as a some how they adopted this uniot alone for weight
we can conclude that its a wrong practice which followed
for decades
