In a certain company, 20% of the men and 40% of the women
attended the annual company picnic. If 35% of all the
employees are man, what percent of all the employees went to
the picnic?

men - 20% 0f total 35% is 7% of all employees
women - 40% of total 65% is 26% of all employees
so total (26+7)=33% employees went 2 picnic..
